Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our cleaning services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review the concern and may offer a reasonable solution such as a touch-up or re-clean when appropriate.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment may be rescheduled at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
