By booking with CC’s Car Seat Cleaning, you acknowledge that cleaning is performed following manufacturer guidelines using non-toxic, child-safe products. While we take great care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened straps, fading, or issues that may appear after cleaning. Customers are responsible for ensuring their car seat is safe for continued use after service.

By booking a service with CC’s Cleaning, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
CC’s Cleaning provides professional cleaning services for car seats and related baby gear. All services are by appointment only and subject to availability.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
By booking, you agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
3. Payment
By booking, you agree that payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
4. Customer Responsibilities
By booking, you agree to remove all personal belongings prior to service and ensure timely drop-off and pick-up when applicable.
5. Results Disclaimer
By booking, you understand that while every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, some stains, odors, wear, or damage may be permanent. CC’s Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fading, or normal wear and tear.
6. Safety & Liability
By booking, you acknowledge that CC’s Cleaning follows all manufacturer guidelines and uses only approved cleaning methods for car seat components, including straps, padding, and plastic parts.
You agree that CC’s Cleaning is not liable for any damage, malfunction, or injury that may occur after cleaning, including in the event of a motor vehicle accident.
You further agree that proper reinstallation and continued safe use of the car seat is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian. For any concerns, please consult the car seat manual or contact the manufacturer directly.

By continuing to use CC’s Cleaning services, you agree to any updates or changes to these terms.
